Our biggest poison in life is not our anger, our rage, our violence, our judgments, or our lack of self-care. Our biggest poison in life is our fears.
Fear is at the root of many diseases on earth. Too often, we ignore our own and each other’s fears and jump into a fixed notion of what we believe is reality. Our homework is to go within, discover our deepest fear, and love it. What does “loving it” mean? Loving something means you embrace it. Ignoring your fears prevents you from healing. Wanting to get rid of your fears prevents you from healing. Judging your fears prevents you from healing.
If you really know yourself, then you know your deepest fear; if you really know someone else, then you know their deepest fear. Know and love your fears; that is the foundation of self-care.
