Every time we remember to practice forgiveness, we choose to shift from form to formless. Forgiveness teaches us to release any attachment, any statements that keep us stuck. For example: “I am right”, “they lied to me”, or “they should not have done this”. Whatever the thoughts we may carry, if we hold them tight, we get frozen into form.
The practice of forgiveness is to shift from our finite to our infinite selves and release unnecessary tensions. Every time we resist, we suffer. One may wonder why we spend so much time resisting. The ego keeps desiring a world that does not exist. The practice of forgiveness is the practice of releasing our ego addiction.
This world gives us many opportunities to be egoholic. Let’s remember who we are and drop into our own light, let‘s shift from “I” to “we”. Forgive, and breathe deeper.
With much love,
