Superhuman

For some of us, superhuman means a better brain, better sleep, better sex, more strength; and for all of this, we are taking a series of pills. In this situation, failing is not an option, aging is not an option; in brief, none of our human limitations are an option.

Now, what if superhuman was really the path of opening the heart? When we accept our limitations, we are free. When we learn to fail, we develop our ability to be compassionate and to forgive. When we are in pain, we have an opportunity to heal at a deeper level.

If the concept of superhuman is led by our ego, it is a rat race.  At our time of death, if we are awake and have an open heart, I doubt we will look at our accomplishments. We will look through the eyes of our heart. Who did I help? Was my heart open enough? Who Do I need to forgive?

When you realize that your accomplishments do not define who you are, you can connect to your true self and be superhuman; a place where the ego-mind has no word, a place of the open heart.

With much love,
