Resting

When you realize that resting is not a practice to fall asleep; but a practice to awaken, you may look at it from a different angle. No one becomes more lucid with an agitated mind; no one enhances their high sense perception when living an over-busy lifestyle.

Why do we want to awaken? When we see clearly, we have more opportunities and more options.  We develop our response-ability and lessen our reactivity; we stay away from blaming or accusing and become more flexible. We experience fewer divisions and more inner stillness.

With love,
