Time can be our biggest trap in life. When we only live in the dimension of linear time, we cannot embrace the fullness of who we are; and we cannot live in the present where we experience timelessness.
If we only relate to death in the dimension of time, we narrow the experience of death to an event in the future. When we bring the quality of death to the very center of our lives, we learn to detach and let go. These are two important aspects of life we need to practice over and over to avoid living in constant suffering.
If we only relate to self in the dimension of time, we may tend to never be satisfied with who we are hoping that tomorrow we will be better. In this context our love of self is conditional.
Close your eyes for a moment and drop into yourself a little deeper where you can experience timelessness and the vastness of everything.
