Noise can easily brew within us and often it comes from fear. It may be the fear of connecting, the fear of asking, the fear of lacking, the fear of failure, the fear of isolation, the fear of boredom, the fear of anger, the fear of joy, the fear of dying, the fear of fear, and the list goes on.
We also may hold within us a list of assumptions. Here are a few: life could be a fairy tale, challenges are unfair, some people are luckier than others, and I may win at the lottery.
For some of us, the noise can be so loud that we believe it is real; so loud that we can’t hear or see anything else. We always have a choice: we can live in the world of illusions, or we can live lucid, accessing our intuition.
To connect to your intuition, you may have to accept all your inner noises. It may be unbearable first; but if you stay with what seems excruciating and surrender into the discomfort, there will be alchemy. Your mind will start to stabilize, and you will experience the vastness of silence. From there you can feel peace.
With much love,
