Today, we experience fear more intensely, and we may look at more ways to feel protected. Right now, our best protection comes from within, not from anything outside ourselves or what we own.
To be able to go with the chaos, our lifestyles need to change radically. We need to focus on teaching the mind to be stable, healing our emotional attachments and wounds, strengthening our nervous system, and developing our heart.
