The Path to Self

Most spiritual traditions explore the following question: Who am I?  Most spiritual traditions will state that we are neither our mind nor our physical body; then who are we?

The path to self requires discipline as it is so easy to postpone going within.

If we are willing to explore this question not from a mental point of view but from a multi-level approach, then we are on a spiritual journey. If we are willing to become intimate with ourselves, our patterns, our fears, and our attachments, then we are opening the door to our spiritual dimension.

The path to self requires discipline as it is so easy to postpone going within. Our thinking mind will constantly prevent us from being us. Yet, if we really want to change ourselves or our lives, it starts here: know oneself.

Every answer is always rooted within us. We need to learn to listen beyond the noise of the thinking mind. Only then we connect to our truth our wisdom and our inner peace.
