Revisiting Compassion

When we choose the path of compassion, we are invited to feel ourselves and others beyond the understanding of our brain. Compassion does not teach us to be nice to each other’s, it helps us to develop our curiosity towards ourselves and others.

Curiosity has no agenda: there is no fixing, no bending, no problem solving, no thinking mind. Curiosity teaches us to trust the intelligence of our hearts. When this happens, our vision widens, we relax and feel connected to everything.

Compassion helps us to go through the veil of our shame, guilt, and attachments. It teaches us to go to the root of all and connect to our deepest fears. From there we learn to fall in love with ourselves. Only when we fall, we can love; only when we fall, we can dismantle limiting patterns that prevent us from trusting life as it unfolds.

Let‘s choose to trust our hearts deeper.
