Purification is a spiritual practice. Yet it does not imply we are impure or that there is something wrong with us. Purification exists beyond duality and has nothing to do with moralistic tasks.
When we invite purity into our lives, we choose to work on forgiveness as the subconscious and unconscious levels. We release and let go of old debris and clutters that prevent us to connect fully. Purification brings us back into the present where everything is possible.
If we choose to connect with a pure mind, what do we see and how do we think? If we choose to connect with a pure heart, how can we embrace life and its unfolding? Purification has more to do with our intentions than any outcomes. It invites us to stay connected to our source and our truth, it invites us to stay open in the moment without baggage. From there we can experience joy and freedom.
