Patience

Patience is an art. It does not ask of us to be passive, frozen, “well behaved”, or non-reactive. It asks us to be engaged and creative. Without creativity there is no patience.

If your whole life is based on time, you will be lost in some sort of doing and being efficient; or you will be dreaming another present, another past or another future.

Patience invites you to leave time as your main focus and explore new dimensions of yourself. When you have lost your patience, you believe time is life.

Creativity is not something given just to artists; it is part of everyone of us. Remembering and experiencing your infinite self is a creative process in itself; not because you are making things up, but because you release yourself from your linear mind to experience everything from another dimension. Your infinite self will be revealed to you when you experience your senses, when you play and relax. At that moment your boundaries soften and you become more porous and less confined in what you think you know about who you are.

Remember, next time you lose your patience you lose yourself. Trust your creativity.
