Neutrality is a quality each of us benefits from practicing daily. When you choose to be neutral or have a neutral mind, it does not mean that you have no opinion or no emotion; it means that you remember that your perception is limited.
Your mind does not know what is real; it translates each situation in the moment and tends to freeze on a certain angle of perception.
Choosing to be neutral is the practice of teaching your mind to be pliable, unattached, and aware that your vision is not the full answer. Your vision is often charged with unresolved traumas, dramas, or attachments of some kind – whether you are aware of it or not.
The practice of neutrality invites you to go inwards and pay attention to your own filters. The practice of neutrality is the practice of self-awareness that can only happen through the heart center.
