Freedom

Freedom is not a destination; it is a practice. At the core of that practice lies unconditional love for ourselves.

Unconditional love reshapes our relationship with the linear mind that tries to define, categorize, and measure who we are. Through the lens of love, this part no longer dictates how we show up in the world. Instead, we are invited to define ourselves differently—from the inside out.

We are not here to “figure out” who we are; we are here to experience ourselves—layer by layer, moment by moment. The goal is not certainty, but discovery. The less we try to define ourselves, the more we begin to sense who we truly are.

Self-love is not about becoming self-centered; it is about developing awareness: we learn to meet ourselves with curiosity and compassion. In the world we live in, it can be easy to feel as though freedom is being lost. And on some levels, that is true. But on the deeper levels—the soul levels—freedom is always available.

No one can take away the freedom that lives within us. The path of liberation is a spiritual path, and it begins with how we choose to love ourselves.
