Chaos is the essence of life.
We often want to disconnect from chaos and believe that chaos is a thing outside of ourselves. We have an organized mind that tells us what chaos is. From this linear mind, chaos appears to be the opposite of order; something the mind itself did not anticipate and most likely does not like. Yet, the essence of our true identity is chaotic. If we choose to live in the present, we are chaotic and unpredictable.
Chaos reminds us to approach, relate, and understand everything through the heart center. The world we live in shifts rapidly and our linear mind is not able to keep up with it. When you let your heart lead, you realize that chaos is not something to be solved or fixed; it is an experience inside of us, and only we can decide how to relate to it. Controlling chaos is a defense mechanism that prevents us from changing. Going inward and listening to our senses while experiencing chaos supports the linear mind to relax and help us create new patterns.
Now, be curious when you feel stuck…. don’t try to figure it out; drop into your senses.
