Breathing

Our breath is our pranic skeleton. It carries a unique intelligence, consciousness, and life force.
The qualities of our breath influence our behaviors, communication, and actions. Shallow breathing for example generates poor communication, enhances our blind spots, and promotes reactive behaviors.

When we consciously bring breath at the center of our life, our way to connect to everyone and everything changes. We develop a cellular presence, and we can learn to sense someone else’s breath patterns. When we first choose to connect through the intelligence of our breath, we simultaneously experience life from a finite and infinite viewpoint. What would be the benefits? It would teach us to be less attached to our way, our image, and whatever stuff we overvalue. We would become less reactive, less fearful, less inflammatory, clearer, and more peaceful.

When we allow our breath to lead our life, we experience intimacy with everything. From there we can access the essence of everything, and our intelligence takes a new dimension: our clarity gets vastly enhanced and we can live in the now where true magic happens.
