Tending our inner garden is a life task. Like any garden, our soil requires some resting time to restore its unique balance, local seeds aligned with the season to respect the ecosystem, and our care for each plant to support its growth. In brief, farming is truly a labor of love.

When we ignore our inner garden, we lose our sense of self. From there, we will become hunters, looking for something outside of us to feed us.
There is a distinction between being a seeker and a hunter. A seeker has a base, a foundation, an inner garden. Seeking is a life journey, a way of living. A seeker does not try to figure things out, she focuses on her truth to access a new level of consciousness. A seeker takes on the path of self-liberation through developing awareness and presence.
A hunter chases a dream and wants one thing: feeling good forever. The quest is based on a belief that something better must exist somewhere else.
A farmer learns to create a relationship with her own garden. Why don’t we? Only then can we find peace wherever we are; a peace that does not ignore external insanities and distortions, a peace that includes everything.
