Healing

The healing process is self-exploratory and requires us to first take complete responsibility for our current state of being.

The next step is to surrender and let go of some identifications and perceived views of situations. In a way, we are inviting death into our lives. One key element to support this step is to have a forgiveness practice.

Like every process, we can’t practice once and be done. We need to go back over and over to release any old hook, relax deeper, and increase our awareness.

Like every process, we can’t practice once and be done. We need to go back over and over to release any old hook, relax deeper, and increase our awareness. Without a daily practice, our healing journey is compromised, limited, and shallow.

If we want more vitality, we need to commit to our own healing, meaning to be curious about our habits, our attachments, our opinions, and our physical health, to name a few. There are many modalities, and they all can be good. It depends on our state of mind, our intentions, and our expectations.

To fulfil our healing, let’s not expect that a new process will be the answer. The magic lies in our commitment, our intention, our belief, and our practice. The tools are never the answer; the owner of the tool is.

May you remember your infinite healing power.
