What does it take for each of us to live in truth? What does it take to trust ourselves enough to trust our truth?

Our truth does not hold a story. A story always exists in the concept of time and duality. “Once upon a time, this and that happened and that was good or bad.”. Our truth reveals our infinite identity, our essence. If we live in truth, we don’t try to know who we are, we are committed to expressing ourselves from the heart center.

Our truth has nothing to do with being right and has no agenda besides being the closest expression at that moment of our true identity. If we want to connect to our truth, we need to surrender to who we think we are, and how we want to be seen and perceived to name a few.

When we don’t live in our truth, we use our copying mechanisms to be right, to be seen, to be heard, to be safe, or to be loved. These patterns enhance our disconnection from ourselves and everything else. Are we courageous enough to live in our truth and surrender?
