Food for Love

This planet is the love planet even if it does not look like it. Its life force is fueled by light; light is love traveling through space.

Love opens the door to our infinite self as it embraces the unknown. The mind wants to experience infinity, yet it wants to know all about it and believes predicting is the foundation of happiness. The mind only knows conditional happiness which is one delusion after another.

Love is our true identity, yet we create many loveless situations. When we experience fear, we have forgotten to love ourselves.

Love reveals and sees what the mind can’t see; it helps us to stay awake.

Only through this incarnation do we have a choice: we can be love, we can be infinite, and dance with the cosmos and everyone‘s essence or we can destroy and suffer. This choice allows us to practice discipline. Discipline is not a chore; it is an opportunity for the heart to expand; it is an opportunity for humans to practice commitment with the quality of devotion. Commitment is heart-based, not will-based; commitment is freedom, not pressure.

For all of you who suffer through loss, heartache, abandonment, rejection, and so on, I feel you.
For all of you who have chosen to guard your heart, I feel you.
For all of you that are vibrant and full of life force, I feel you.

Thank you for saying yes to this journey.

One of the greatest challenges in today’s culture is that we have forgotten what a community is. True community is not built on uniformity; it is built on authenticity.

A community is a space where each person is encouraged to connect with their true self. From that place of inner truth, we learn to dance with each other’s uniqueness. We grow by witnessing one another. We learn to love more fully, expand our awareness, and open to perspectives beyond our own.

We may bump into each other’s, experience our fears, projections, hopes, or attachments and in doing so, we heal. We stay awake and stretch our hearts wider than we ever imagined possible.

True community is rooted in diversity. If our opinions, belief systems, our tastes are exactly the same, our sense of self begins to dissolve. Belonging does not come from subscribing to an ideology, it comes from living in alignment with our truth and being accepted for it.

Nature offers us the perfect example; it thrives in diversity. As humans, it is our responsibility to build, nurture, and participate in communities. When we unplug from this essential connection, everything begins to fall apart, and human values erode.

Remember, we always have a choice.
