Roots
Our roots do not define us, they nourish us. As much as they matter, at time we need to create new roots into communities that support our true nature. We need to pay attention to the soil we root in, the values, the emotional climate, and so on. Re rooting does not mean rejecting our lineage, it means choosing and being co-creator of our destiny.
Depending on who we are, our roots may be spread far and shallow or narrow and deep. The quality of our roots will help us be with turbulences, unpredictability, and extremes situations.
Roots give us a sense of connectedness and awareness about what we need. The practice is to listen and honor oneself. This requires humble devotion to self. When we choose the adventure of the self, the heart opens and expands. Our lives are lived at a different frequency.
Honoring traditions from many diverse cultures help us connecting to different aspects of who we are.
