Abundance is not a fixed concept; it’s deeply personal and evolves with us over time. What we once saw as abundance in our twenties often looks very different later in life. Abundance is shaped by our inner landscape: our values, beliefs, views of self and unconscious patterns handed down through generations.
To truly experience abundance, we need to be curious and willing to explore the limiting beliefs and inner narratives we carry. These stories create an energetic blueprint that influences not only our thoughts but also our emotions, our physical bodies, and the lives we shape.
If we fixate on how much we want or what we don’t have, we disconnect from the true experience of abundance. The mind alone will always crave for more. To feel abundant, we need to engage our senses and notice how abundance feels on a physical level. Our homework is to listen to our experience and receive the wisdom from our physical body. Â
Through this process, we realize that abundance is not about accumulation but connection to who we are and what we truly need.
