We often confuse love and emotional love. Love is unconditional and emotional love is conditional. The first one invites us to go within and the second one pulls us outside of ourselves looking for something or someone to comfort us.<\/p>

Like every spiritual practice, the path is not always easy. We may stumble, resist, get attached, and experience fear. Love is the practice of dissolving from form into essence. It invites us to make choices, to stay awake, see clearly, and to understand the ultimate purpose of being on\/in earth. Love is perhaps the ultimate form of Prana; the necessary formula for life to be.<\/p>
